At Carmody Group & Co., I lead a passionate team dedicated to designing learning that matters. For me, this work is personal. With a background in education and community services, I’ve seen the power of well-designed learning to open minds, shift systems, and support people through life’s toughest moments. 

I am especially driven by the need for meaningful education in the areas that often go unseen – mental health, family violence, child safety, trauma, and social justice. These are the spaces where thoughtful, inclusive learning can make a lasting difference.
