Our Story

Carmody Group & Co. was founded in 2021 by Rychelle Carmody a visionary instructional designer and experienced social worker with a passion for using education as a tool for empowerment and systemic change.

With a background in community services, mental health, and family support, Rychelle brings a unique lens to educational design – one that’s deeply grounded in empathy, real-world impact, and learner-centered practice. What began as a commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant resources for RTO’s, TFAEs, universities, local governments, and corporate clients has evolved into a broader mission: to shape education that responds to the social, emotional, and practical needs of learners and communities across Australia. 

At Carmody Group & Co., we believe education should be dynamic, inclusive, and future-focused. Whether we’re developing accredited training, community engagement programs, or awareness campaigns on critical social issues, we craft content that’s designed to inspire, inform, and empower.
